Available now as an e-book (for Kindle, or KindleforPC, KindleforMac), Aftershocks: Stories from the Japan Earthquake (or "Quakebook" as it is also known). For $9.99 from Amazon, the entire purchase price of the e-book goes to the Japan Red Cross. I've ordered it myself and have begun reading--definitely worth $9.99 to read snapshots of many people's experiences, foreign and Japanese, plus artwork and photos. Every little bit helps. Thank you again to all who have already donated, and to all those who will.

ReplyDeleteHi, Amy,
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my blog. As you see I don't update it very often these days--always seems to be a pressing deadline keeping me from more fun writing projects.
My mom sent me your e-mail updates to let me know that you are all okay. I'll add you to my reader so I can stay updated with your blog.
I'll be getting it and reading it on my iPhone or computer. Thanks for letting us know about the book. I will share the information at school.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Daz:-))
ReplyDeleteDiana--you iz busy, girl! Understand about the infrequent updating:-)) Get that thesis done! (Gambare!)
ReplyDeleteCary--thanks:-))
